Join the Earth Day Challenge!

It’s not easy being green, but we sure do need to try; the library is here to help! Alameda Free Library is pleased to introduce the Celebrate Earth Day Challenge, an online activity challenge on Beanstack. Elementary school students may join the challenge created just for them (K-5). There’s a 6th grade to adult challenge, too! Find out how Earth Day started, how we study Earth, how our actions affect Earth’s climate, and what efforts we can take to clean it up even while social distancing. Participate all month long and earn 8 digital badges upon completion. This challenge ends on 4/30/21. Register today!
