The Annual Yearbook Art Contest is On!

Calling all artists–it’s time for our annual Yearbook Art Contest! This year’s yearbook theme is PUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHER. We are celebrating how the Earhart community has come together to make this unique year work for our students and families.

What: The Yearbook Committee needs your child’s art submissions for this year’s cover and inside cover.

Who: All Earhart students–remote and distance learning/flex. The competition is open to all grade levels and all grade participation is encouraged.

How: Your child should create a a work of art (on plain white 8 1/2 x11 paper) which reflects the theme, Putting the Pieces Together. The picture must be VERTICAL/PORTRAIT to be considered.  Please put the child’s name, grade and teacher in pencil on the back. (No personal information about the child should be on the design side).

We will have 2 winning entries this year: One for the front cover of the yearbook and one for the inside cover. Each winner will receive a free soft cover yearbook! The runner up from each grade will also be showcased in the yearbook.

When & Where: Submissions are due on Friday, March 12, 8am – 4pm. On this day only, a “Yearbook Art Contest” box will be outside the school office from 8am-4pm. If you are unable to drop it off on that day, please email Deb Deveno at yearbook@earhartpta.org to coordinate a different drop off option.

We can’t wait to see what your students come up with!

Thank you,

Deb Deveno and the Yearbook Committee
