Earhart Coastal Clean-up Day

Earhart Ocean Guardians! Hear ye, hear ye! The time has come for students and families to don rain boots, winter jackets, and arm themselves with gloves and robohands (both of which we will provide) and clean our wonderful estuary that lies at our doorstep. Estuaries host a diversity of sea, aviary, and terrestrial life, and plastic pollution that ends up in the waters of the bay or the banks eventually weather into smaller particles. Please meet Mr. Douglas and Ms. Lee at the Amelia Earhart statue in front of our school at 8:30AM, Saturday, March 27. We can’t think of a better way to start our Saturday! Aaaaand, we have Ocean Guardian merch! Yes, each family to show up and help us pick up litter will take home a t-shirt or t-shirt mask! Hope to see you there!

We require everyone to wear a mask and remain 6 feet distance from each family. Rain boots will definitely help.
